Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is
placed. Please use the contact form or email us directly in order to
cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund
if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your account to be
successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a
confirmation once refund has been issued.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery of the item.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to
receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and
packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation
provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping
charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure
your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a
carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days
once a we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be
accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging
materials and documentation.
If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
